👍👍 Sophia thoroughly enjoys her time at Deacons Martial Arts and Fitness. She partakes in 3 sessions per week. Not only does it keep her fit, the training helps to build her confidence. Mark and his team are excellent coaches: which inspires Sophia to want to do the same hopefully one day.
