👍👍 Wow what a place to learn and practice yoga. Wonderful decor, recently renovated set up. Didn't think it was possible to find a place so tranquil in the big city with such an energy and people. I was part of one the inner engineering programs there and had a great experience. I highly recommend

👍👍 The TRIYOGA facilities are clean and efficiently run by very helpful Staff. The Teachers are all well vetted and Superstars in my eyes. There is also healthy nutritious Top Drawer food available, cooked daily on site. Worth popping in just for the food. It is Tasty Vegan and Vegetarian food.

👍👍 What I love from this Centre is the sense of calm when you enter, the friendliness of the people and the fact that as soon as you start coming regularly, people recognise you and you feel part of a community. For me this is very important as London can be quite isolating and lonely.
