👍👍 Jeff and the team are great. Any level welcome. While in Bournemouth I have attended classes of BJJ. As a National Judo Medalist I was quick to learn so much I already hadn't seen and didn't know. This gym improves your fitness and performance and you are surrounded by talent.

👍👍 Joined Paraestra Poole 6 months ago and never looked back. World class instruction and classes, private tuition available and the facilities make the gym feel like a health spa. I've tried a few BJJ schools before this and definitely feel like I've found the right place for me. 1000% reccomend
