😠 They are so poor at their jobs they would drive any patient to be actively suicidal! Especially Michael & Karen at Grangewood | Derry, their lack of care towards mentally ill patients is disgusting! They both should loose thier jobs & be replaced by professionals that care for their patients.

😠 Staff rude and unhelpful. Service not fit for purpose in any way, shape or form. Totally useless
