😠 The worst customer service ever. Do not shop here. Where to begin? Bad manners, tried to charge me 20% to return an item (one day after purchase). Whilst I was in the shop two other poor people were also being treated in a similar fashion. Drive to Milton Keynes and shop at the Apple store.
