😠 Told to go to emergency by 111 for our 1 year old baby. Was told they had booked a slot for us. Arrived to hear that there was a 7 hour wait. ‘Ah but we called 111’ the surly nurse snapped back ‘we don’t book appointments with 111’. Ok then settle in for a 7 hour wait. 7 hours pass…still not seen...

😠 This is possibly the worst hospital I have ever been in. The A&E staff do not treat anything with a sense of urgency. They’re rude, dismissive and do not know how to listen. I would rather suffer in pain at home than come back to this hospital. There is a serious need of retraining on how to engage...
