The salads are so fresh but even more importantly the flavour profiles were well designed. I had the carrot, the beetroot/chicken and as a third the potato salad.
The quiche crust was very nicely done, just st the right flake.

👍 Found a nice wee coffee shop in Lerwick today. Nice coffee and cakes which we had. Didn't try anything from the menu. Free WiFi on offer which is good. Polite and helpful staff. Will definitely try again another day. Would recommend this place.
