😠 I have lived above this gym for years now only for them to become a nightmare. They have now rebranded and offering shred fast and constantly can hear there music in the building and banging of weights. Residents have complained with no change if you go here you are part of causing people stress

👍👍 The stretch and flex class is just what I’ve been looking for (for a long time). I’m only 2 weeks in and the changes I feel already are amazing! It’s a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but Jo makes sure we get what we need out of each class. I would recommend to anyone.
