😠 Although I have no proof and may be wrong, I suspected the Cigkofte was poorly prepared, so I did not want to finish my meal. When I complained he said sorry several times and did not charge me for the food. He also said the Felafel was frozen and air fried.

👍👍 Incredible food, vegan options are great too. Staff are so so friendly and really kind. They actually want to know what type of food you want and what you like. Possibly the nicest guys I’ve met before. Genuine people, I’m looking forward to going here again. Especially as a bodybuilder it’s healthy...

😠 The hygiene is terrible here. I was directed to go down a steep staircase to the toilet. I fully expected to see mice or even rats running around. All sorts of food is lying around in the basement area and the toilet is filthy. Not sure if they even have a cleaner. Health and safety would close this...

👍👍 I visit GoFalafel fairly regularly for lunch as it is just across the road from my office. The wraps are really good, service is friendly and efficient, and prices are reasonable. On top of all that it’s vegan!!! I would highly recommend this place.
