👍👍 Nice place to visit for a bit of fresh air and a nice view. You can walk up here from Caterham town centre or there’s parking spaces for a few cars at the viewpoint. There are several park benches to sit and admire the view.

Toad Rock

👍 Pretty walk from Tun/Wells over the common. Pub right next to rocks. Rocks are interesting and fun to explore. The actual Toad rock does look a bit like a toad. Area is sadly spoilt a bit by the amount of litter everywhere.

Wandsworth Common Pond

👍 Nice duck pond on the eastern side of Wandsworth common, only a short stroll away from Northcote Rd. Lots of ducks and a relaxing vibe right on the common. Not as well maintained as some similar ponds, but still a nice spot to chill out especially on sunnier days.

View of Battersea Park, Peace Pagoda

👍👍 Perfect spot for the Battersea Park Bonfire fireworks without buying a ticket! The fireworks in 2022 started at 8.30pm and ended at 9pm. People gathered around 8pm. I will say that the most center spot to watch it is at the riverbank near this address: No.1 Chelsea Embankment. We enjoyed it!
