😠 Sent relative with a parcel prepaid and sealed ready to be sent and the person unwrapped it and put cardboard on it for no reason and charged her £10, basically ripped her off. Be careful before handing over money as they try ripping people off who don't know what they are doing.

🫤 I'm a regular shopper at the Coop but have today been greeted with unnecessary attitude from a member of the Post Office staff, I do not wish to be spoke to in such a curt manner and therefore shall be shopping elsewhere in future.
