👍👍 The best small live music venue in the UK. It has similar attraction from international bands as venues such as London Marquee or CBGBs once had. Home to Lemmy's Bar. Owned & run by a genuine music fan & superb team of people. One of the best in-house sound engineers in the country.

👍 Food were great, staff are very helpful. Recommended. Great experience, starter are alittle small but stated it is for one person after all. The full rack were amazing!

😐 Cracking bar, and great music / DJ. The one downside was the state of the floor. Extremely sticky, and needed a good clean! Aside from that, would definitely recommend. Shame it shut at 00:30 on a Saturday night though!

👍👍 Lovely full English breakfast on our last day of our holiday before the 3hr drive back up to Scotland. Service was quick and breakfast freshly cooked and very tasty.

👍👍 Have eaten here several times since it was refurbished. Foods lovely and well presented. Well staffed and they're very attentive. Not the cheapest, but that's to be expected for the food, fit and finish. Will be returning.

👍👍 My old Master Gaz recommended The Mitre to me. I was not disappointed... Really friendly welcome from the lady behind the bar. The pub looks clean and tidy. I love all the old photos back in the day too. Will definitely visit next time I'm up there.
