😠 Terrible, can never get appointment even though you call between 8.45 - 9am. Most of the time it says sorry cannot be connected. 👍 Update July 2023. Lots of improvements over the last year and easier access to appointment times. Things are starting to go back to the levels pre pandemic. Certain factors of backlogs in the NHS itself do affect some services but I'm pleased to say that I have had no problems in getting appointmen...
