😠 Disgusting service. Worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to work with. They have lost paper work. Mislaid documents and the waiting time to have any kind of service is to say the least appauling.

😠 I went in to withdraw money as I was taking out more than my daily amount. There was a large queue of people and others using the self service machines. The assistant at the door would not let me enter until I told her how much money I was withdrawing. I told her that I didn't want everyone to hear...

😠 Wanted info on opening account and had some queries. Black lady who was advising customers , directed me to the website and fobbed me off. The whole reason I went to the branch was because I had some questions that were unclear on the website. Not good customer service at all.
