👍👍 Came to have a session from out of town. Gym has been upgraded from the previous owners when I visited a few years ago. These guys have done a great job and have made some great improvements. The gym has everything and is very clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. Top gym.

😐 A basic gym. I used this gym for a year or so but had to leave and go elsewhere as it is way too stuffy. There are no windows that can be opened, and the only doors are the capsule ones you enter by. As a result, it becomes a really unpleasant environment to work out in as soon as the weather starts...

👍 A good size gym with plenty of gym equipments, but always to busy, you can't go on the equipment as there's always a weak persons using equipment bench's, squat racks. The gym can become extremely dirty people don't put there weight back and staff are very lazy.
