👍 Good car park beyond the boulders at the entrance and clear (sometimes muddy) paths through woodland with lovely birdsong. The woods open out onto heathland and dogs need to be on short leads during nesting season (March to August).

😐 Being close to Hurn airport it is unsurprisingly a bit flat and samey with few views. You can get a proper long brisk 5 mile circuit walk here on gravel or grit paths. 😠 Went here for a change to walk the dog with my partner. Lots of men in cars hanging about? One can only guess what they were there for!! A quick Google search confirmed it 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not great for dog walking either. Lots of barbed wire fencing everywhere.

👍👍 Bit squelchy underfoot but fun was had by all!
