😐 Senior Dr was amazing , the odd reception staff was quite rude and abruct. Hospitality was shocking no drinks or food offered in 7 hours been there had to try find someone to ask this was with a baby aswell who had no food other than toast offered. Wasn't made aware they actually provide milk only 7...

👍 The few times I have visited the surgery I find most people there to be very nice, although there is one receptionist in particular who doesn’t have the best of manners and would benefit from going on a training course….. Fortunately the nice Indian lady makes up for what the other one lacks x
