👍 Easy access into the store, generally clean and tidy and staff are very helpful. Has a really good range of gaming products on major platforms. Some good deals on games although the company may need to start competing on price against major supermarkets in the near future 🙂

😠 Went in to the store to buy a new TV. The salesman was really good, very knowledgable and friendly. However after spending around £1600, my wife asked if asked if there was a customer toilet. The salesman said there wasn't, but that he would ask his manager if we could use the staff toilet facilitie...

😠 Be aware of the this company... After being I'll advised by sales staff they would not refund my money. Do not open products if unsure. I was told that a xbox one headset was plug and play to my shock it wasnt i needed an adapter which is an extra £20. Staff unreasonable job worths avoid this shop.
