👍👍 This is a 10 star place! The guys are very knowledgeable and have great customer skills. Cannot recommend them enough. And yes, it is difficult to make everybody happy. I went there with my phone not charging. They have fixed it. Will return with my laptop as it needs fixing also.

😠 The worst customer service ever. Do not shop here. Where to begin? Bad manners, tried to charge me 20% to return an item (one day after purchase). Whilst I was in the shop two other poor people were also being treated in a similar fashion. Drive to Milton Keynes and shop at the Apple store.
