👍👍 Fantastic free attraction and so many cheap things in the gift shop for children . Although the cafe is limited to tea coffee and cakes it was still very cheap .and the tea was lovely .

👍👍 Run by volunteers, this although small, is an amazing little museum dedicated to RAF Halton and all the apprentices that have pasted though the gates. We'll worth a visit.

👍 Interesting sand terminal brought to life by the volunteers. Whilst we were there an old crane was loading sand onto the purpose built sand trucks, which can be tipped to unload the sand at the destination. One of the volunteer guides explained the process of extracting the sand and transporting it....
