😠 Important promised call back just never happened till I pushed back over a wk later and made a fuss. Also very worried because of mis-management corruption/fraud scandal that happened there a few yrs back, when their CEO was jailed. Undermined my trust. Difficult to trust again.

👍👍 A great place run by caring people who genuinely want to make a difference for the elderly. The Admiral Nursing team are angels and provided me with fantastic advice and support throughout my Gran's battle with dementia. Don't know what I would have done without them. Simply the best.
