😠 One of the ladies on reception has an awful, rude attitude which she tries unsuccessfully to disguise with a smile. The eye drops my cat was prescribed were very overpriced, £10 online and they charged me £28.80. That's on top of the £42 consultation fee. Won't be going back

😠 I find the vets are not particularly pet friendly. They offered no introduction to my dogs...not a friendly word or pat. Trimmed dew claws on both young dogs ..both bled and cost £28 which I find was a bit over priced for a 2 minute simple procedure.

😠 My dog had surgery on his cruciate ligament & knee, costing over£3000, surgery was a failure & the after care was non existent. They are only interested in taking your money, they don’t care for our pets at all.
