😠 The first room we stayed in was room 12 with the balcony, and we had no complaints on this. The balcony was a tad rickety, and the fan exploded part way through the night. The jacuzzi bath was unusable as there were dirt stains on the bottom. We asked to stay another night in the same room, however...

👍👍 After having a problem with our original booking elsewhere in Cleethorpes we called into Kings Royal Hotel and they had room for us. We felt welcomed by all staff members. The breakfasts were really good and it was a really enjoyable stay. We will definitely go back there.
