😠 No option to mark 0 so it's 1 star. During daytime, for just having a sheesha in open air, you need to give your id and any of you who don't have it, pay £5 and it's good to go! Let's say under ages are illegal, does paying £5 make it legal? 😏😏

😠 No one calls despite an automated message stating you only need to make one call, my Grandson could not use his gift card as there was no card and he had just got married with a small ceremony due to lockdown.

😠 Very dirty pool.Hairs and dust can be seen floating in the water. Shower rooms and washrooms are unheiginic and smelly. I have been to many swimming pools in London but this was the smallest and dirtiest one. Staff seemed good but they don't stop people in shoes going near to pool washing their feet...

😠 Careful with this robbers and Downline £40 for entry and trying to say you can spend money towards drinks and girls but I m going for first time. How could I trust them!! No ways even in town
