There’s a ticketing system so you need to book in advance. At least the queue is manageable and the wait to get in...

👍 Relatively modern compared to much of the rest of the Merseyrail stations, including lifts for disabled access. City line trains run through here from Liverpool Lime Street out towards Wigan and Warrington. There's some seating on this platform but not much in the way of shelter.
