👍👍 Beautiful, clean and best of all dog friendly. Sand dunes and natural harbour all add to the picturesque area. If you're lucky enough you might even see the harbour seals playing. Well worth the visit especially if you want a beach not an amusement arcade.

👍👍 Nice beach with a pier and walks along the beach. Don't follow google to reach the beach, just come to Bembridge car park.

👍👍 A stunning sandy beach surrounded by trees and with plenty of shade. Walked through the woods from St Helen's Duver - incredibly muddy even in hot weather. You will need sturdy waterproof shoes. Easier to reach from Seagrove Bay. No facilities or amenities, just a beautiful, sheltered bay. Some litt...

👍👍 Likely one of the best beaches I have been to. We could have been at the Mediterranian somewhere. :) The cafe is great, parking was straightfwd and the tide went out as the afternoon went ahead. Perfect day.

👍 Love this beach. The car park is right at the top of the cliff. You can walk along the cliff or go down to the beach. A bit limited for dogs as between May and September you can only walk them on the beach between groins 8-12, but there are still lots of paths you can use.

👍👍 Nice quiet stretch of beach off the beaten path, perfect for covid distancing. Tides vary enormously, so make sure you check the times, as at high tide the beach almost completely vanishes under the waves. There is a decent car park with outdoor washing facilities, public toilets and a friendly li...

👍 Went here with my dog - it was his first time going to a beach. Car park is less than a minute away from the beach which was great. The beach itself was nice - lots of space, mixture of sand and shingle. It's large enough to have plenty of room to let your dog run freely. There were a handful of ot...

👍 Clean beach, came early on Saturday to get a spot in the beginnings of this year’s heatwave. Lots of stones but patches of sand here and there when the tide out. Had a good time swimming in the waves. Water was lovely warm. Train is 10 minute walk from the beach, so convenient. Not many cafés or res...

👍👍 This is one of the best beaches I have ever been here in the UK so far. It has a very large green space that extends for miles along the sandy beach. It is mainly flat and easy to walk on it. It is pretty quiet most of the time and away from the main roads. I highly recommend this beach for quiet an...

👍 We had a lovely time at Avon Beach. The sand is mixed with pebbles but it's not overly pebbley meaning the kids still had loads of fun! Theres a shop, coffee shop, fish and chip shop, ice cream shop, a park just off the beach, crabbing just down a little further and a pub, basically everything you w...
