👍👍 I've been to these falls a few times, and I just love the circular walk around the falls. The falls are amazing to see and are a must day out with kids or pets. Ample parking for about 10/15 cars.

👍👍 Absolutely gorgeous. We loved our visit and came back early the next morning and had the shore to ourselves. Staff are really knowledge and friendly. Nice walks around the reserve. No sign of ospreys or beavers but did see a tawny owl!

👍👍 Nice place for a walk, bike ride or canoeing. There are a few hides for bird watching. Toilet works with 20p coin. Nice playground for the children. No overnight stay sign up, but we stayed for the night without issue.

👍👍 Lovely place to visit and have a short walk. The trails are well maintained, accessible for older people (buggies milage may vary on some of the more rocky paths and the boardwalk). There’s also a lovely tower giving you great views over the bogland.

👍👍 Path network has been upgraded recently. The Friends of Craiglochart have been doing an amazing job of keeping it tidy, litter free, interesting and well maintained.

👍👍 Beautiful nature reserve just a short walk away from Straiton Park retail park in Loanhead Midlothian. It’s a big pond, or a wee loch. It has some swans, ducks and coots. It’s a nice place for a stroll or to unwind. Worth the detour.
