👍👍 I took my grandmother's bracelet in as the loop had worn and it could no longer fasten, they removed the loop with no charge there and then, super genuine and lovely, would highly recommend as they could have easily taken it away and charged me for a new link completely

👍👍 Just popped in to Bescoby Jewellers to enquire about repairing a gold chain for my mum. Alison dealt with me, she was so friendly and helpful. The chain was repaired there and then as it was only a knot that needed sorting. There was no charge. I thought that was really nice and my mum is delighted....
