😠 Having recently moved to the area, my 1st experience of the practice consisted of waiting on the phone for 22 minutes to then be told that appointments are book on the day so call back at 8am tomorrow. Why it took 22 mins to get through if everyone has to call first thing in the morning is beyond me...
