😠 This morning I witnessed a pensioner accidentally spill a coffee at the counter, he was extremely embarrassed and incredibly apologetic, this fell on deaf ears, as his apology wasn’t acknowledged ! As a customer I then felt very disappointed to see the elderly gentleman be charged for another coffee...

👍👍 Immaculate vibes. This place sets a standard that I think nearly every other cafe would struggle to live up to. The quality of the tea, coffee and bakes are unmatched, and the knowledge the barista possesses make this probably the only cafe I'll ever need.
