👍👍 We were sat for an hour without our food turning up and turns out there was an issue with the ticket. Ed, Toby and Mariano made sure all was rectified very quickly and made sure we were compensated for the wait time. Staff very friendly, food delicious and coffee made perfectly.

👍👍 Lovely tearoom with great staff who are always always friendly and professional. We called only for a toasted teacake and cup of coffee, both of which were superb.

👍 The new (smaller) HMV store in Bath was actually pretty good. Although reduced to one floor - this seems a more natural size for it and the brighter more modern interior is much better. 🫤 I paid £6.25 for an old yellow jacket potato that was microwaved beyond help & litteraly a spoon full of tuna!!! No garnish!!... The lady was polite but was very over powering... pouncing on me as soon as i walked through the door, I hadn't even looked at the menu & she was asking me what I wanted.....

👍👍 A friendly, Christian bookshop which I visit several times a year. Shops like this are like hen's teeth these days and it is great to have one so close to home

The Coffee is still great but you have to check which days and what times as that much has changed .. worth finding out though .. real coffee at a fair price too .. not so...
