👍👍 Did my first Yoga class tonight, some parts I wasn't quite flexible enough to do as a beginner but there was no pressure to do more than you were comfortable with, an enjoyable experience, nice friendly instructor and herbal tea afterwards

👍👍 Been coming here on and off for about two years & then pretty solidly due to a back injury for the past year. Iyengar Yoga has massively helped my posture & injuries.
There are teachers for all levels and all types of people here.
I definitely recommend for anyone with injury issues.
