😠 Very poor customer service. Quick to take payment, when it comes to collecting, after waiting 15 minutes, tells me to stand aside while I serve someone else and take payment for a sale. Very rude and disrespectful. Only to then have to be served by someone else to find order will not be fulfilled....

👍👍 Family business who offer a direct person to person service. VHS tapes of ours, privately filmed years ago in the VHS heyday, are now on disc/usb stick for safety and a good chuckle thanks to Garth Dawson studio!
