👍👍 One of my favourite places. Beautiful views of the surrounding areas for the top. Take a walk though Wittenham Forest at the bottom. You may see a deer, if you're lucky amongst the trees. A lovely place to meditate. Lots of Celtic and Roman history there. Read up before going.

😐 It's a beautiful place, sadly it is heavily populated by dog owners with no recall control over their dogs. If you have a nervous dog, you won't get far without another dog/pack of dogs charging up to you which makes for a stressful dog walk. The space is truly amazing and 100% worth a visit. -Than...
