😠 Not to recommend this shop if your a foreigner and want to buy here. The service of the lady staff there wasn’t good for me she will not let you feel comfortable because your a foreigner. Maybe I’ll not come back.

😠 Spent several thousand pounds on gold bracelets here over the years, wanted to spend the insurance payout when it was all stolen but "No sorry, you can't come and look, only buy" ... zero customer service, avoid like the plague.

😠 Becarful when you buy from them. Shop used to be in the city. I bought from them Amber beads spend £1300,with cirteficate. After I found it is pressed Amber. When I called them they said the shop closed and no more business,even they still tuning business on line. Don't trust them at all.
