👍👍 We've been regular customers of the Taj Mahal for over 40 years and have always enjoyed good food and excellent service. The icing on the cake was the 50th anniversary (of the Taj) party on Monday. With live music it was a fun night with, as always, great food and friendly service.

🫤 Very disappointed with my dining experience. Only 1 waiter meaning service was extremely slow. Food was good, but it was not £70 a head good. Infact the prices are absolutely extraordinary they’re charging top London prices for above average food in Southend. It’s no wonder the dining room was empty...
