Haunted Hollow
Tourist attraction
ππ This is a great route to get to gloomy wood. It is a themed walk as a shortcut between near battle galleons and gloomy wood. This route has statues with audio coming through hidden speakers, interactive gravestones, gargoyle statues and many great features. Its even spookier during the darker day...

Brindley Water Mill
Museum
ππ A little gem! Run by very knowledgeable volunteers, this beautiful 18th century mill was built by James Brindley and still functions. It was interesting to see the water wheel turning and to be shown how it drives the machinery to grind flour. Well worth a visit and a bargain at just Β£3 per adult.

Hanging Stone
Tourist attraction
π There's not much to say about this. It's a stone. A massive stone. Honest local gritstone that is covered in moss and scars from visitors new and old. No graffiti I saw on it would ever win any awards. I've seen far better stuff in caves made by Earth's earliest humanoids in other places. Two big br...
