😠 The shop is a waste of space... walked in 3 members of staff just chatting..told them our problem..they weren't interested as the phone had not been purchased there..it was an upgrade on line...went a couple of doors down to a phone shop and the gentleman in there couldn't be more helpful

👍👍 Cannot rate the staff in here highly enough - competent and not pushy - also sorted out a technical problem with my vodafone bill with alot of patience. I've used this shop for quite a few years and they have always been very helpful.

😠 Awful! Lazy staff and lies about everything to avoid dealing with it. Literally the worst store of vodafone i don’t think they had a training should consider one.

👍👍 Didn't get his name think it was Asi or Ashi that helped me. He made my trip to Trafford Worth the while as I'd forgotten my purse and the newly installed pay app wouldn't work so basically he sorted it out for me. Thank you very much I was able to give my grandaughter her lunch 😊

😠 Staff more interested in talking to their friends on their phones than paying attention to a potential customer. Denied doing this when challenged. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. This was the third phone shop I'd been in that morning and the difference in treatment was stark.
