👍 Took mum to MVH for minor injuries unit, it's closed, have got a nurse practitioner clinic via 111 only. Would advise to check before arriving (wish I had) great unit. On the plus side managed to park in disabled bay and mum visited the charity shops (bookshops too) and comfort shop.

😠 Went in for spinal epidural on 15th November. A member of nursing staff was uncaring and left me in pain. Ward staff had no knowledge of symptoms that could occur after procedure and I was left in terror, googling what was wrong with me. I have made a formal complaint and depending on the result...
