👍👍 I trained with Jan for about 6 months and can’t recommend him enough - sessions were challenging but fun and the programme to follow in between our sessions meant I kept on top of reaching my goals. 👍👍 I am a person that really struggles going to the gym and keeping it up - Whether this is through intimidation of the size of some of the guys in the gym or whether it's down to not being able to maintain motivation... Who knows.
But I can honestly say I don't have any of those issues training with...

Calibrated plates and power bars for powerlifters, an outside strongman area and lots of machines for bodybuilders. The gym is tidy, clean and a nice place to be!
