😠 Wanted info on opening account and had some queries. Black lady who was advising customers , directed me to the website and fobbed me off. The whole reason I went to the branch was because I had some questions that were unclear on the website. Not good customer service at all.

😠 Was told by customer service agent on the phone I would have to apply in branch for my childs saving account and no appointment is required.
