😠 The service of the lady at the front desk was very poor, very very poor. She sighed and was very impatient. She also discussed the guests behind their backs. She was arrogant and had no patience at all. We are all human beings, so why bother! ! ! Why aren't parents allowed to watch the film? ? ?
