😠 I called in desperate need of some assistance in which a lady by the name of Megan answered so I asked if this number was the right number to link me to the access number which Megan said no this is a walk in and there open from 9:30 to till 11 ok that needed that information as well waiting to see...

😠 Incredibly rude and unhelpful, you feel like you are bothering them just to ask a question. Do not recommend.

🫤 The driver and the assistant were extremely polite and friendly. The problem is that we bought the $10 all day wrist band and was not able to get a ride to and from our destinations because they were always packed and not enough of them were running. It was a waste of money.
