🫤 The gym has been under construction for such a long time now. No cleaning supplies. Is nice and big but definitely needs a lot of work. The staff is super nice compared to my previous experience with this gym.

👍👍 Great program! Tim puts together fun and challenging programs to help build muscle. He also gives you a realistic diet program to help you lose weight. Wrapping up my second boot camp with the team and have had great success. Lost weight and gained muscle. Can’t wait for the next one.

😠 Vehicles are broken into in the parking lot on a daily basis. InShape does nothing about it. They don't even sweep up the broken glass, they just leave it laying on the asphalt for days and sometimes weeks.

👍👍 Best time to work out is definitely between the hours of 1Am up until 5 am when the crowd starts to roll in. After that its packed. Up until noon. I love squeezing in a cool workout before the rest of my day.

👍👍 I grew up skating at Rollerama and 40 years later I still love going! It hasn't changed much but I LOVE that about it! It brings back so many amazing memories! It's always fun and still one of the most affordable activities in Bakersfield!!!!
