👍👍 An amazingly beautiful place on a clear day. Sunrise and sunsets can be spectacular. Excellent view of the Willamette Valley. About a 30 minute (VERY windy) drive outside Philomath. But well worth the trip!

Large, intact former Civil War battlefield, with hiking & horseback riding trails & a small museum.

👍👍 So worth the drive! The view is simply spectacular! On a clear day, you can see from the ocean near Newport all the way east towards the Cascade Mountains. All the peaks from Mt. Rainier to the Three Sisters are visible. Mary's Peak is the highest point in the Coast Range at just over 4,000 feet.

👍👍 My wife loves country music and she loves Patsy Cline and the visit to this Park Memorial was absolutely amazing we even danced in the gazebo to Patsy Cline and no one else was there it was peaceful and well-kept I recommend anyone to at least drop by pay your respects and enjoy it

👍 We like quirky little things like this. And it was awesome. It's just a marker of the side of the road. But in my opinion still worth it.
