😠 This place is awful. Animals get treated better. My mother has been there for less than 2 weeks and ended up with a stage 4 pressure wound from neglect. When we ask for help we mostly get ignored. 😠 NO STARS for this place, there is never anyone in the "office". they do not take repair requests seriously (Air Conditioner) in the summer needs to be fixed and WAY TOO MANY SECTION 8 RENTALS

👍👍 Moved here in 2019 I love this apartment building the staff is very nice it's close to everything in central jersey. New renovations are beautiful. The landscape is beautiful. The building is very close to the hospital and Doctors in town. Thank you for the opportunity to live here so thankful.

😠 If I could rate the dumont office ZERO stars I would. This facility is very unorganized and the staff make it difficult to feel comfortable there. The receptionists are very rude and nasty over the phone. If they want to work at a place like this they should have some sympathy and maybe be more kind...
