👍👍 Today I took my second class on zoom. Jaci is engaging and friendly. Her gentle yoga included mudrah and breath work. The poses were cued well and this is so important on zoom. I look forward to more classes at Yoga Journey.

👍👍 AirDance is amazing! All of the instructors are so patient and helpful, and not intimidating at all. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the classes are so much fun! I’m so glad I found them and I can’t wait to try the more advanced classes as I get stronger.

👍👍 I love Gro yoga. Everyone is very friendly and it doesn’t feel like a corporate yoga studio. The instructors are great and have tons of knowledge. They make sure you are doing things correctly so you won’t get hurt. It’s a great new community.
