👍👍 Barre3 is amazing!! Everything is 5 stars from the workout to the staff and members! I love the variety of classes for all fitness levels! The studio is so clean, they take pride in their space! There is even a playroom for young kids to go while mamas get a workout in!

I knew nothing about the Lagree Method before my first class but I immediately signed up after my first workout and have made it my goal to attend 3-4 classes per week. I love it! 👍👍 I joined Hotworx about 3 months ago. I weighed 220lb , today I’m at 190lb. A moderate change to my diet and pushing myself with help of the saunas, has helped me lose 30 pounds in 3 months! If reducing body fat is your goal, I highly recommend this gym. Plus the team there keeps it pretty clean 👍.
