😠 Gym is great! Very clean & no judgement. However, customer service from the assistant manager needs some work. A customer should be able to voice their concerns without being interrupted & spoken over. If I misunderstand a billing issue that's one thing, educate me, but don't interrupt mid sentence...

🫤 Children running around screaming(who brings their kids to a gym?) Really packed with people, equipment is very close together. Pretty loud as well.
You also have to go in person and fill out forms to cancel your membership, even though they’re totally fine taking your money online when you start....
