😠 I was told to show up 20 mins before my appt. to fill out paperwork - that process took 5 mins. and so I spent 15 mins. waiting for my appt. - at other times, I have shown up at the time of my appt. and I’ve had to wait 15 mins. past my appt time … I really wish this business valued my time as much...

😠 Student health services is the worst. Waited 2.5 hours to be improperly diagnosed with a cold by one of the doctors and went to get a second opinion only to find out I actually had pneumonia. This was not my first bad experience there, would not recommend.
